Responsibilities
- Delight patients with compassionate care during weekend and night shifts
- Monitor vital signs and document patient progress accurately
- Assist with mobility, medication administration, and daily living activities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and infection control protocols
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations
- Support discharge planning and family communication
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (CNA certification preferred)
- Minimum 1 year healthcare or patient care experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with cultural sensitivity
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced overnight environments
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays consistently
- Basic computer proficiency with EMR systems
