Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care during weekend night shifts (Sat-Sun, 10 PM-6 AM)

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during shift transitions
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
- Conduct safety rounds and facility inspections overnight
Qualifications
- Active California CNA or LVN license required
- Minimum 1 year overnight healthcare experience
- BLS/CPR certification (current)
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Weekend availability and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and pre-employment screening
- Spanish bilingualism preferred
