Responsibilities
- Coordinate warehouse operations during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun) and overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Supplement staff scheduling and ensure optimal coverage for peak demand periods
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance during off-peak hours
- Process high-priority shipments and inventory management during low-traffic windows
- Lead cross-functional teams for weekend projects and system upgrades
- Monitor facility security and emergency response procedures overnight
- Generate performance reports for weekend operations efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in logistics or warehouse management
- Availability to work Saturdays/Sundays and overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficiency in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Experience leading teams in 24/7 operational environments
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
