Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Pack and label products securely for distribution.
- Perform daily cleaning and organization of the warehouse floor to ensure a safe work environment.
- Assist in training new hires on proper safety procedures and operational workflows.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work night shifts and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
