- Communicate real-time updates to day-shift managers
- Maintain OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Train new weekend associates on operational procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in logistics or warehouse management
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Strong proficiency in inventory management systems (WMS)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Excellent problem-solving skills under pressure
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun nights)
