Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations and visitor check-ins during weekend evening hours
- Ensure facility safety and security through regular patrols and equipment checks
- Assist with event setup, cleanup, and activity coordination for weekend programs
- Respond to member inquiries with professionalism and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas and activity spaces throughout shifts
- Collaborate with staff to implement weekend youth programs and activities
- Complete incident reports and communicate facility status to supervisors
Qualifications
- Must be 16-19 years old with valid work permit
- Availability to work Friday/Saturday nights (6 PM - 11 PM)
- Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Basic computer proficiency for check-in systems
- Reliable transportation to/from facility
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently
- Previous volunteer or work experience preferred
