Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during weekend evening and overnight hours
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout guest areas
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues
- Operate POS systems and process transactions accurately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak hours
- Complete nightly closing procedures and reporting
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide full training!
- Must be available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with technology
