Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during weekend peak hours
- Manage guest check-ins and resolve inquiries promptly
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Maintain pristine facility standards during weekend shifts
- Assist with inventory management and weekend event setups
- Train on-site systems and uphold brand standards
- Document shift activities and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Available exclusively for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6AM-2PM or 2PM-10PM)
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Valid CA Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible availability during peak weekend periods
- Team player with positive attitude
