Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional service during weekend evening shifts
- Operate POS systems and process transactions accurately
- Maintain inventory and restock supplies during low-traffic periods
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize shift operations
- Document daily operations and submit shift reports
Qualifications
- Available for consistent weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday, 10 PM - 6 AM)
- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Basic computer literacy and POS system familiarity
- Valid Missouri driver's license (if required for logistics)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
