Responsibilities
- Monitor premises through surveillance systems and foot patrols
- Access control and visitor verification at entry points
- Respond to alarms and security incidents per protocol
- Complete detailed incident and patrol reports
- Collaborate with law enforcement during emergencies
- Operate security equipment (CCTV, access control systems)
Qualifications
- Valid Washington State Guard Card required
- Minimum 1 year security experience preferred
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Strong communication and de-escalation skills
- Basic computer proficiency for reporting systems
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Pass background check and drug screening
