Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic tests and analyze patient samples accurately
- Operate medical equipment including EKG machines and lab analyzers
- Document patient information and maintain electronic health records
- Assist physicians with patient examinations and procedures
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and safety protocols
- Train on new technologies and healthcare procedures

Qualifications
- Certified Medical Technician (CMT) or Phlebotomy certification required
- Minimum 1 year clinical or lab experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends (Sat/Sun)
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Valid CPR certification or willingness to obtain
