Responsibilities
- Perform patient vitals and intake assessments
- Assist providers with clinical procedures
- Administer medications and immunizations
- Maintain accurate EHR documentation
- Process lab specimens and point-of-care testing
- Sterilize equipment and maintain exam rooms
- Provide patient education and discharge instructions
- Coordinate with on-call physicians for urgent cases
Qualifications
- Current California MA certification or CMA/RMA
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- BLS/CPR certification
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Phlebotomy and ECG experience
- Strong communication skills in English/Spanish
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for 8-hour shifts
- COVID-19 vaccination + annual flu shot required
