Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire logistics operation, including receiving, storage, and shipping, during weekend shifts.
- Monitor inventory levels using WMS software and coordinate replenishment as needed.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA compliance at all times.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates to ensure high performance.
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and coordinate with the on-site manager during the week.
- Conduct daily safety briefings and equipment inspections.
- Process shipping documents and manage dock operations efficiently.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics management.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday.
