Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners to move inventory.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision and speed to ensure 99.9% order accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels within the warehouse system.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure proper labeling and packaging.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to optimize workflow during peak times.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to pass a background check.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and comfort using handheld scanners.
