Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service with personalized attention and problem-solving
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using resort systems
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations

- Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily reports accurately

Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service roles
- Flexible availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (required)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-energy environments
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and reservation software
- Valid Oregon Food Handler's Card (or willingness to obtain)
