Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest experiences and exceed service expectations during peak weekend hours
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using our integrated hospitality system
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with prompt, solutions-oriented communication
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations across all departments
- Execute weekend inventory management and maintain pristine facility standards
- Upsell premium amenities and experiences to enhance guest satisfaction
- Document operational insights and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hospitality or customer service experience in fast-paced environments
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in hospitality management systems (Opera, Fidelio, or similar)
- Flexibility to work alternating weekends with schedule availability from 6 AM - 10 PM
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a service-first mindset
- Valid Illinois driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Availability to attend mandatory weekend team briefings
