Responsibilities

- Manage weekend check-in/check-out procedures with efficiency and warmth

- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly during peak weekend hours
- Maintain pristine facility standards throughout Saturday and Sunday shifts

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Availability to work every Saturday and Sunday (flexible weekday schedule)
