Responsibilities
- Deliver premium guest experiences during weekend shifts at our flagship downtown location
- Manage VIP reservations and optimize seating arrangements for weekend crowds
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Execute upselling strategies to enhance weekend revenue streams
- Maintain immaculate venue standards during peak weekend hours
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and discretion
- Contribute to weekend inventory management and operational readiness
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in luxury hospitality or high-volume service environments
- Proven availability for consistent Saturday/Sunday shifts (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to thrive in high-energy weekend atmospheres
- Valid California Food Handler's certification preferred
- Proficiency in reservation and POS systems
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency highly valued
