- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently during peak weekend hours
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and discretion
- Execute weekend event setups and guest activity coordination
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for weekend operations
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work weekends (Sat/Sun) and occasional holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Valid Washington state driver's license (if required for errands)
