Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest services including check-in/out, concierge assistance, and local recommendations
- Manage front desk operations efficiently during peak weekend hours
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Maintain pristine property standards through regular guest area inspections
- Process payments and manage reservation systems accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Execute upselling opportunities for premium services and amenities
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
