- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly while maintaining brand standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury hospitality or high-end customer service experience

- Weekend availability (Saturdays & Sundays) with flexible scheduling
