Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest experiences during Saturday-Sunday shifts
- Manage check-in/check-out processes with efficiency and warmth
- Handle reservations and coordinate with dining/event teams
- Resolve guest inquiries with proactive problem-solving
- Maintain pristine common areas and amenities
- Upsell premium packages and experiences
- Collaborate with weekend staff to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday shifts required)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
