Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest services during weekend high-traffic periods
- Manage check-in/check-out processes with efficiency and warmth
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues proactively
- Execute upselling strategies for premium amenities and services
- Maintain pristine standards for lobby and common areas
- Process payments and manage POS systems accurately
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Flexible availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6AM-2PM or 2PM-10PM)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with hotel management systems
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced weekend environments
- Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Valid Massachusetts Food Handler certification
