Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend operations for 50+ staff across front desk, housekeeping, and concierge teams
- Execute premium guest experience protocols for VIP clientele and weekend events
- Manage real-time inventory control and weekend revenue optimization strategies
- Train and mentor weekend staff on luxury service standards and emergency procedures
- Coordinate with weekday leadership team for seamless operational handovers
- Implement weekend-specific marketing initiatives and guest retention programs
- Conduct weekly performance reviews and weekend staff development sessions
Qualifications
- 5+ years in luxury hospitality management with proven weekend shift leadership
- Expertise in high-volume weekend operations and guest crisis management
- Advanced P&MS certification and revenue management analytics skills
- Strong proficiency in Opera PMS and weekend staffing optimization tools
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities for high-pressure weekend scenarios
- Valid California Food Handler and ServSafe Manager certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience
