Responsibilities
- Oversee all weekend front-of-house operations including guest check-in, concierge services, and VIP experiences
- Manage and mentor weekend staff team (5-10 members) including scheduling and performance coaching
- Resolve escalated guest inquiries with professionalism and discretion
- Coordinate with maintenance, security, and F&B teams for seamless weekend operations
- Monitor inventory and supply levels for weekend peak periods
- Implement weekend-specific service protocols and upselling strategies
- Generate weekend performance reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years hospitality management experience with weekend shift emphasis
- Proven leadership in high-volume weekend service environments
- Exceptional conflict resolution and guest relationship skills
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Flexible availability to work Saturdays and Sundays exclusively
- Knowledge of Chicago tourism landscape and local attractions
- ServSafe certification preferred
- Ability to thrive independently with minimal weekday supervision
