Responsibilities
- Oversee all weekend front desk, concierge, and valet operations
- Manage 15+ staff members including scheduling, training, and performance reviews
- Handle VIP guest inquiries and resolve escalated service issues
- Coordinate weekend events and ensure seamless property-wide operations
- Monitor revenue metrics and implement upselling strategies
- Maintain brand standards through weekly quality assurance audits
- Collaborate with department heads for weekend-specific promotions
Qualifications
- 3+ years luxury hospitality management experience
- Proven weekend shift leadership in high-volume environments
- Advanced knowledge of Opera PMS and hotel management systems
- Exceptional conflict resolution and guest service skills
- Valid New York State Food Handler's certification
- Ability to work flexible weekends (Fri-Sun) with weekday availability
- Fluency in English; Spanish/French preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field
