Responsibilities
- Direct all weekend front desk, housekeeping, and concierge operations

- Resolve escalated guest issues with discretion and professionalism

Qualifications
- 5+ years in luxury hotel management with weekend leadership experience
- Proven track record of driving weekend revenue and occupancy
- Expertise in high-volume weekend operations and event coordination
- Advanced problem-solving skills for weekend-specific challenges
- Valid California Food Handler and Alcohol Service certifications
- Exceptional knowledge of LA's weekend entertainment and tourism landscape
- Fluency in English with Spanish proficiency highly preferred
