Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at check-in/check-out with warm professionalism
- Manage room reservations and handle guest inquiries via phone/in-person
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Conduct daily property inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Uphold strict cleanliness and safety standards throughout common areas
- Assist with event setup and guest activities as needed
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm shifts)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Positive attitude with problem-solving mindset
- Valid driver's license (for property shuttle duties)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation to Atlantic Ave location
