Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Manage guest check-ins, reservations, and dining experiences
- Handle cash transactions and POS operations accurately
- Coordinate with team members for seamless venue operations
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across all areas
- Assist with inventory management and supply stocking
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality, retail, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced weekend environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Flexibility to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (8am-4pm or 4pm-12pm)
