Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service and personalized assistance during weekend operations
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using resort software
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly with a positive attitude
- Maintain pristine cleanliness standards in common areas and guest rooms
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments accurately and manage cash drawer responsibilities
- Assist with event setup and special weekend activities as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability to work weekends (Saturdays & Sundays) and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
