Responsibilities
- Set up and break down event venues according to client specifications
- Provide exceptional customer service to attendees and vendors
- Manage crowd control and ensure safety protocols are maintained
- Distribute promotional materials and assist with event registration

- Report operational issues to on-site supervisors
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout event spaces
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-8pm)
- Previous event staffing or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Reliable transportation to various Indianapolis locations
- Flexibility to work diverse event types (festivals, sports, corporate)
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US
