Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests and customers entering the venue.
- Customer Service: Assist patrons with inquiries, directions, and special requests to ensure a positive experience.
- Maintenance: Monitor the cleanliness and organization of the workspace, restocking supplies as needed.
- Event Support: Assist with setup, breakdown, and crowd management during weekend events.
- Operational Assistance: Support the floor staff with ticketing, concessions, or logistics as required.
- Compliance: Adhere to all company safety protocols and brand standards.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a consistent basis.
