Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to resort guests with warm professionalism
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures efficiently using our resort management system
- Assist with guest inquiries, concierge services, and local recommendations
- Maintain pristine lobby and common areas according to resort standards
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Handle cash transactions and point-of-sale operations accurately
- Uphold strict safety and hygiene protocols per Virginia Beach tourism guidelines
Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) and some holidays
- Strong communication skills with excellent guest service orientation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with digital reservation systems
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Positive attitude and problem-solving abilities
