- Deliver exceptional guest service across all resort amenities including check-in, concierge, and event support
- Manage weekend check-in/out processes efficiently while maintaining accuracy
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless guest experiences
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Execute weekend event setups and VIP guest assistance protocols
- Maintain strict compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during high-volume weekend operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability exclusively for weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday)
- Strong communication skills with multilingual capabilities a plus
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Valid Nevada state gaming license or ability to obtain within 30 days
