Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in high-volume weekend venues
- Manage guest check-ins and reservations with precision
- Prepare and serve beverages/food during peak weekend hours
- Maintain pristine venue cleanliness and safety standards
- Handle cash transactions and POS operations accurately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Must be available weekends (Fri-Sun) and some holidays
- 1+ years hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Basic cash handling and POS knowledge
- Must be 18+ with reliable transportation
- Food Handler/ServSafe certification a plus
