Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across front desk, concierge, and event support functions
- Manage weekend check-in/check-out processes with precision and warmth
- Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Assist with weekend event setup, guest inquiries, and local recommendations
- Maintain pristine common areas and amenities throughout weekend shifts
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Complete accurate weekend reporting and handover documentation
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible schedule availability (Saturdays & Sundays required)
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Basic computer proficiency and POS system knowledge
- Philadelphia local knowledge is a plus
- Must be 18+ and able to stand for extended periods
