Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday)
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs with efficiency and warmth
- Operate POS systems and process payments accurately
- Maintain pristine facility cleanliness and organization standards
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Assist with inventory management and stocking supplies
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work flexible weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer literacy and POS system familiarity
