Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to resort guests at check-in and during their stay
- Assist with guest inquiries, directions, and resort amenities information
- Maintain clean and organized public areas (lobbies, pools, dining spaces)
- Support event setup and breakdown for weekend functions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
- Handle basic administrative tasks like reservations and documentation

Qualifications
