Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at hotel front desk and valet stations
- Manage check-in/check-out processes with attention to detail
- Operate point-of-sale systems for payment processing
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Assist guests with local recommendations and transportation
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and facilities
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols
Qualifications
