Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service through warm check-ins/out and personalized assistance
- Maintain pristine resort standards including room preparation and common area upkeep
- Operate reservation systems and manage check-in/check-out procedures accurately
- Address guest inquiries promptly and coordinate with housekeeping/management teams
- Uphold safety protocols and emergency procedures during all shifts
- Assist with event setup and weekend activities as scheduled
- Complete daily reporting tasks and maintain organized guest records
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and commitment to outstanding customer service
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts, 8am-6pm)
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25lbs
- Team player with strong communication skills
- No experience required – training provided
- Must pass background check and drug screening
