Responsibilities
- Provide warm, efficient check-in/check-out services to weekend guests
- Assist with luggage handling and guest inquiries
- Operate hotel reservation systems and point-of-sale terminals
- Maintain pristine lobby, reception, and common areas
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Positive attitude and customer service mindset
- Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with technology
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous hospitality experience not required
