Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, personalized guest services during weekend check-in/check-out processes
- Manage resort amenities including pool access, beach equipment rentals, and recreational facilities
- Assist with event setup and breakdown for weekend weddings and corporate functions
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of public areas, guest rooms, and outdoor spaces
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately using resort POS systems
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve service issues with a solution-oriented mindset
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – open to motivated first-time job seekers
- Flexible availability to work Saturdays and Sundays with occasional holiday shifts
- Basic computer literacy and comfort handling cash transactions
- Outstanding communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
