Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to diverse guests across multiple venue zones
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash handling protocols
- Prepare and maintain clean, organized guest areas and service stations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak weekend operations
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards in high-traffic environments
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide paid training
- Must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday shifts
- Strong communication skills and positive attitude
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency for transaction handling
- Flexibility to work varying weekend hours (6am-11pm)
- Valid NY work authorization and reliable transportation
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-energy settings
