Responsibilities
- Provide warm, professional greetings and assistance to all guests upon arrival and departure.
- Manage daily floor operations, including guest seating, table maintenance, and order processing.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage service.
- Maintain a pristine dining environment, adhering to all health and safety standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with efficiency and grace.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Train new team members on service standards and company protocols.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior hospitality experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse guests.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs safely.
- Familiarity with POS systems (Toast, Square, etc.) is preferred.
- Must be friendly, outgoing, and a dedicated team player.
- Valid ID and ability to pass a standard background check.
