- Manage check-in/check-out processes and handle reservation inquiries with professionalism
- Assist with event setup, valet services, and property maintenance during peak weekend hours
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across public areas and amenities
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students strongly encouraged to apply
