Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday)
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly using conflict resolution skills
- Maintain accurate records and process payments using POS systems
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous facility cleanliness and presentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure weekend event readiness
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday) with flexible scheduling
- Proficient in hospitality software and point-of-sale systems
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional errands)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic knowledge of Long Beach attractions and local area
