Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to weekend guests with genuine warmth
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
- Prepare and maintain immaculate guest rooms and common areas
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless weekend operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Operate POS systems and manage cash transactions accurately
- Uphold strict cleanliness and safety standards throughout the property
Qualifications
- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday (8am-8pm shifts)
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced weekend environment
- Basic computer literacy and point-of-sale system knowledge
- Valid Indiana driver's license (if transportation required)
- Flexible attitude and willingness to learn new procedures
- Must pass background check and drug screening
