Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service across resort amenities including pools, dining, and concierge
- Manage check-in/check-out processes and guest inquiries with professionalism
- Coordinate weekend event setups and operational logistics
- Maintain pristine facility standards through regular inspections and cleaning protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Assist in inventory management and supply replenishment during weekend shifts
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts, 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Basic computer literacy for reservation systems
- Valid California driver's license (if driving duties required)
