Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across hotel amenities and entertainment venues
- Manage check-in/out processes and coordinate VIP guest experiences
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Assist with event setup and guest flow management during peak weekend hours
- Maintain pristine facility standards and safety protocols
