Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to weekend guests at check-in and throughout their stay
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and reservation management
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Maintain pristine facility standards and adhere to safety protocols
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures accurately
- Assist with weekend event setup and guest coordination as needed
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (flexible weekday shifts possible)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency and POS system knowledge
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
